📜 TERMS & CONDITIONS

Applicable to all students enrolled in the institute

1. Admission & Enrollment

• Admission is granted only after submission of valid documents and full or partial payment of fees.
• The institute reserves the right to accept or reject any application without providing a reason.
• Students must abide by all rules and policies of the institute from the date of admission.

2. Fee Payment & Refund Policy

• All fees must be paid on or before the due date. Late payments may attract a penalty.
• Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
• The institute has the right to revise the fee structure at any time without prior notice.

3. Attendance & Conduct

• A minimum attendance of __% is mandatory to be eligible for certification.
• Students must maintain discipline in class and avoid any disruptive behavior.
• Misconduct, harassment, cheating, or any illegal activity will lead to strict action, including expulsion.

4. Use of Institute Resources

• Computers and other lab equipment must be handled with care.
• Any damage caused due to negligence will be charged to the responsible student.
• Installing unauthorized software, playing games, or accessing inappropriate content is strictly prohibited.

5. Examinations & Certification

• Students must pass the final assessment to qualify for certification.
• Certificates will only be issued to students who meet attendance and exam requirements.
• Duplicate certificates can be issued upon request and payment of a reissuance fee.

6. Code of Conduct

• Mobile phones must be kept on silent mode during classes.
• Any form of bullying, ragging, or harassment will result in immediate action.
• The institute reserves the right to take disciplinary action against any student who violates the code of conduct.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

• The institute may collect personal information for admission and academic purposes only.
• Student data will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

8. Liability Disclaimer

• The institute is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
• The institute is not liable for delays or class cancellations due to unavoidable circumstances like natural disasters, strikes, or government orders.

9. Amendments & Changes

• The institute reserves the right to modify these terms & conditions at any time.
• Any changes will be communicated to students through official channels.
